BROOKLYN DRUM CIRCLES

Hand drumming is the hobby of Visual Language owner Ellen Shapiro, who has designed, pro bono, logos and posters for drum festivals and organizations. The latest is this mark, used on posters and t-shirts, for Brooklyn Drum Circles, led by versatile percussionist Brian Carter. Every drum is different, but their voices form a flower-like unity of sound.
