ACADEMY FOR JEWISH RELIGION

For 50 years, the Academy for Jewish Religion, in Riverdale, NY, has ordained rabbis and cantors who serve Jews of diverse backgrounds and denominations. The new identity has a singular message: "Weaving Together the Strands of Judaism." Colors are drawn from the Biblical description of the Israelites' portable sanctuary in the desert.
