From NYC
Take Saw Mill Parkway to Exit 17 -- Dobbs Ferry-Ardsley. At top of exit bridge turn left towards Dobbs Ferry.
Follow road about 1.5 mi to Broadway/Route 9 (Mobil station will be on your right).
Turn right and take Broadway north about 2 mi. Pass Main Street Irvington (Shell Station on left).
The second light is Sunnyside Lane. Make that right. You will pass Tarrytown House Conference Center on your left.
The first real street on your left has a green sign with four street names (Cottontail, Deertrack, Pintail, Whitetail) and white arrow pointing left. Turn left, but, stay to the right. At next fork (comes up right away -- about 50 yds) fork left.
Our offices are in the lower level of fourth house on left, with carport and green door.
From Tappan Zee
Take I-287 West over Tappan Zee Bridge. Stay to extreme right at toll booths and take first exit after bridge (Rte 9-Tarrytown).
At the bottom of the exit ramp you will be facing the Doubletree Inn. Turn left. You are going south on Broadway.
In less than 1/2 mile you will come to a light at Sunnyside Lane (Washington Irving statue and "Welcome to Irvington" sign on far right corner). Turn left, going up hill. You will pass Tarrytown House Conference Center on your left.

From Connecticut and Eastern Points
Take I-287 West to Exit 1 -- Route 119 Tarrytown. Stay in left lane on exit ramp and turn left at bottom ramp. Make immediate right on Taxter Road (Mack-Cali bldg will come up on right).
Follow winding road about 2 mi. down past Brookside Deli, where Taxter turns into Sunnyside Lane.
Look for green sign on right with four street names (Cottontail, Deertrack, Pintail, Whitetail) and white arrow pointing right. Turn right and stay to the right. At next fork (comes up right away -- about 50 yds) fork left.
Our offices are in the lower level of fourth house on left, with carport and green door. (If you are on Sunnyside and see Tarrytown House or get to the light on Broadway, you've gone too far.)
